Guided Fishing Trips

Sioux Lookout, Ontario Lac Seul Muskies

Anyone who knows anything about musky fishing has heard of the legendary Lac Seul. Famous for the sheer size of these giants, though infamously hard to put in the boat. These fish are some of the most difficult and challenging to catch with extremely small feeding windows, despite healthy numbers of above average fish inhabiting the region. Our knowledgeable guides have spent years patterning and throwing thousands of casts at the lakes infinite number of rock piles and weed beds. There is more good looking musky territory on Lac Seul then you could fish in a lifetime so having an experienced guide is a must. Our musky season runs from the third Saturday of June until the lakes freeze in November. We also offer fishing trips for trophy walleye, northern pike, lake trout, and smallmouth bass.

This service provides you with:

  • unmatched local knowledge and experience from our guides

  • safe navigation of Lac Seul's waterways

  • relevant techniques and skills necessary to boat these special fish

  • use of "hot" baits at the guides recommendation

  • full day trips and evening trip options

  • large muskie net, hook removal tools, and fish measuring systems

Note: All muskies are catch and release and all fishing handling is made by the guides discretion.

Pine Falls, Manitoba Greenback Walleye Run

The colder weather and changing of the seasons in Manitoba bring the annual "greenback" walleye run. These emerald walleye migrate by the thousands from the famous south basin of  Lake Winnipeg into the Winnipeg River near the small fishing community of Pine Falls. While the weather can be cold, it can create an out-of-this-world angling experience as we consistently see good numbers of eater and trophy sized walleye, with a realistic chance of boating fish well over 10 lbs and pushing 30+ inches. As it is one of the most famous walleye runs in North America, book soon to take advantage of this quick season. (October to early November)
